Welcome to PureGlow ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting pureglownet.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About us
PureGlow sells skincare products, including the PureGlow Brightening Body Wash. You can reach us at shop@pureglownet.com.

2. Using our site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam or harmful content. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and packaging may look slightly different on your screen, and we may update product details or packaging without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

4. Skincare use and results

  • Results vary from person to person. Our product descriptions describe how the product is designed to support your skin's appearance, not a guaranteed outcome.
  • PureGlow products are cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
  • Check the ingredient list on the bottle before use. Do a patch test on a small area of skin first, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
  • If you have a skin condition, allergies, or are pregnant or nursing, talk to a healthcare professional before using new skincare products.
  • For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product is unavailable, and we will refund you in full if this happens. Discount codes and bundle offers can't be combined unless we say so and may end at any time.

6. Bundles and free gifts
Some offers include a free gift, such as a digital guide. Free gifts are available only while the offer is active and only with the qualifying purchase. If the qualifying product is refunded, the free gift is included in that refund and no separate value applies to it. Digital gifts are delivered by email or download link and are for your personal use only.

7. Orders, shipping and delivery
After you order, you will get a confirmation email. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, and delays can happen because of carriers, customs, or events outside our control. You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the PureGlow name, logo, images, product descriptions, guides, and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you submit a review, photo or message, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it on our site and in our marketing. You confirm that it is truthful, that you own it, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
